I started the aquarium in January of 2012

I use that waterfall to creat foan and skim it out through a self-bulit skimmer

I use four 25000 liter per hour pumps to reture the water from the sump to the aquarium

a little over three times the water capacity of the tank

it uses the entire 27000 gallons per hour of water falling from the overflow to creat the foam

There is an infra-red system a transmitter and a receiver to detect the foam level in the skimmer

I use sunlight for the corals

So the next step is to use my huge sump

I do not use other trace elements
