鱼店成立于2008年，短短几年已经名声在外。由两个老板投资，请了4个小工（德国人工可是天价，不是农民工）。老板主要解决货源问题。小工主要是拍片，维护，打包，发货，订单跟进，网上推广，还有就是整个鱼房的设计。我去的时候只见到小工，没有见到老板。并不是每个工人都懂英语，yy了半天，来了位热情小胖哥和我介绍。

货源主要是来自于澳洲，印尼，还有越南，主打LPS, Soft coral(软体）路线，欧洲比较喜欢软物。属于高端路线，经常有不少稀有品种，价格这里就不说了，网上有，比起国内，普通货色就是天价，好货有可能比国内便宜或持平。

他们和UPS快递合作，全欧洲24小时内到货， 据说全欧洲只有两家店能做到，不知是否属实。但像是牛b哄哄的样子，这种服务非常利于做网上生意（他们的实体店可以说没有，就是个仓库），同时也减少了生物在运输过程中的风险。

鱼店一共有4个房间，每个在30~50平米之间，鱼缸总长度超过36米。每个缸的大小都是一样 200cm(L) x 100cm(W) x 40cm(H)，并不是每个鱼房的鱼缸都用层架，估计地方已经足够大，所以只有一间房是用立式层架，并且正在重新装修，估计他们的生意正在变大  。40cm高度是便于平时工作，比如捉珊瑚上来发货，摆货，拍照啥的。欧洲人手比较长，国内应该减10cm。他还演示了给我看他们平时是如何工作的，没带手套，直接伸手下水，直是不怕死。

There are 2 boss with 4 workers. They start the business on 2008. The boss take care the business running and import issue of the corals. The worker take care the live goods, tank building, online promotion, order management, taking photos and all the maintenance things. 

UPS is cooperate with them for the logistics in whole Europe. So they can delivery the coral within 24 hours in all EU countries. There are only 2 shops providing such incredible service in whole Europe.

There are total 36 meters tank. Each tank is 200cm(L) x 100cm(W) x 40cm(H)  size. For 40cm high, it's easier for them to take it from the salt water to package , take photos and any other operation.

下面是最大的软体缸房间，很明显，空间仍然还有不少，不像香港挤得满满的，可能他们的身材比较大只吧。所有底柜都是开放式，没有门，看材质像是角铁加白漆。另外就是底缸并不大重视，因为主要是货源流动，生物都是呆一下就走，其实每个房间都有一个大BK蛋分

There are a lot of donut, amazing.  They really have lots of good corals. Actually, they looks more beautiful than the picture.

LPS缸有巨多澳洲甜甜圈，这还是货尾，两周前的了。很可惜，色彩在照片上没办法还原出来。

右手边的排缸是2008的产物，基本上没啥东西，看来开业时也是摸着石头过河。下面是排缸的背后的管道照片，已经失去维护的机会，实在太乱了，他们说这排缸会淘汰掉。

网上发布的珊瑚图片就是由这里拍的，显示器直接放挂在层架上，为的就是保证拍完照片可以立即对比实物，以保证货真价实。网店一搬都流行WYGWYS

Another show room is under renew, it used for taking photo of the coral and put on their e-shop. A monitor hangs up on the frame, it used to compare the color between the picture and the real one. To ensure the customer get the coral that they see in the picture.

They have the concept as "what you get is what you see" (WYGWYS).

这些层缸还都是空的，因为还在装修中，地上乱七八糟，他们不让我post上来，哈哈。这些缸晚点才会投入使用，因为当货到来时，另外三个房间的缸都一定会爆满，这里是备用缸。据说4月头就有一批货，一定很状观。

这个缸是刚翻修完，四个房间中最干净整洁的一个，看来他们之前几年的经验都用在这里了。大量的lps, ric，星花，菇菇，榔头，花瓶。可惜我没有广角相镜，要不肯定很震慑。

This room is just set it up based on their experience. So all the equipment is well prepared. There are huge amounts of the LPS in the tanks. The pictures can not show all of them. But you can image that how many of them.

正在煮4大箱活石，通过低光和不断洒水，可以令活石保持新鲜，同时又可以让那些藻类，蟹清掉，拿回去可以直接下缸。

As the picture, there are a lot of live rocks. Normally, they will cook the rock by this way. Splash the salt water and very low light for that. In this way, it can keep the rock fresh with bacteria but get rid of the algae, crab and other not useful creatures. So the customer always can put the rock into tanks right away after they delivery by the UPS on their hands.

全部缸都在用HW盐，有可能是代理的关系，也有可能是其它原因。他们提到HW盐比TM盐更柔和一点，之前有一段时间是用TM，当然他们也说TM是非常不错的。

They are using HW salt, before that, they also use TM. Because HW is a litter bit softer than TM. Of course, TM salt is also a very good product.

全部用T5HO，一些是ATI的架，一些是LumnMax，还有一个牌子，我忘记了。全是用蓝管，没认真搞清楚是Coral Plus还是Blue Plus，反正没用白管

这样做是为了爆色增艳，他们不关心生长速度，只要保持就可以了，但一定要谷色，毕竟是网店嘛。有ATI管卖，价格和国内差不多。

All the light are using T5HO, some of them is ATI, Lumnmax and other brand. But they only use the blue light, because the light prompt the color of the coral. 

While the white light is not necessary, the coral will soon to sell it out.

最齐全的管材，弯管，大小转换，软管接口，后来在淘宝上查了一下，还没有发现同类产品，但做缸时会非常方便。

Here's the pipe zoom, you can find any size of the tubes and pipe. It's very useful when you set up the tank. 

大品牌的器材，和其它水族店差不多，不过他们只经营少量大牌产品，就像Eheim, Tunzs等

还有大量的国外品牌鱼粮，看上去没怎掺水分，可能是我心理因素吧。

SPS不是主营生物，色彩一搬搬，据说是老板在测试一种药水，用量过多，结果全部SPS状态都不如刚到货时。在将来，他们打算加大SPS的力度，因为这是一个非常有潜力的市场。

For the SPS, that's not their major business. The color still under tunning up. The mainly business currently is not SPS. But they found there is a good potential market there.

So more and more SPS will be available in the coming days.
